Some practical solutions within realism for stress relief: Burn candles & blow away your problems, write problems down, put it into balloons and free it up in the skies, write problems down on toilet paper, (if you are not ready wait untill you are) flush down the toilet, write problems down on paper, wrap paper up and through it away, punch a punching bag, write problem/s down on presentation board/s, rub it out afterwards, (more than once can also be done if you want to) have eg a diary write your feelings down discuss these with a holistic counsellor, for insights into understandings!! Holistic counsellors are good @ eg dream therapies/analysis as well. Another interesting tip could be eg after each day (/1... times a week) ends, reflect over what happned, & THEN tomorrow begin NEW, after sleeping about eg 5-8 hours!
